All Gpgate products, including AGM VRLA battery,Telecom battery,deep cycle battery,deep cycle flooded battery,motive deep cycle AGM battery,gel battery,high rate battery,OPZV battery.etc. come with a average warranty for a period of 2 years. Beside that 1 year warranty for economy edition and 3 years warranty for premium edition were also available for the diversified order.
When buyer received the complaint from the user, please contact with our customer service via Whatsapp on product page or email us info@gpgate.com. The professional personnel will guide the process in time to help you deal with the issue in 48 hours.
Warranty does not apply under the following conditions:
The product identification information has been altered, defaced, or removed.
Artificial damage includes using in an abnormal environment, not following the user manual, etc.
Voltage abnormal (such as over-voltage, abnormal shut off), wrong voltage settings.
Accident or abuse, including drops, reversed polarity, etc.
Disassemble, repair, or modify by GPGATE unverified engineers.
Contact with water, steam, or other liquids.
Any shipping damage by improperly packaged products.
Damage occurring during installation.
Lightning, corrosion, fire, floods, earthquake, or acts of God, including Force Majeure events.
War, turmoil, strike.
Damage is caused by a third-party product, hardware, software, or accessories.
Stolen product.
Physical damage to the shell surface but does not affect the use of the equipment.
